Why are you charging us? This is a charge for your online social media management services. 

Doesn't ring a bell? If the product above doesn't ring a bell, it's possible your business partner or significant other purchased one of our products. We've found that 95% of the time the confusion arises from someone else at a company signing up for the product. 

Can we get an invoice for the charges? Every time we bill you we send an invoice to the email address you (co your co-worker) provided when you /they signed up. If you need a receipt we can always send you one. Simply email support (at) support@TCMA.com
